We perform in-house QC under the supervision of an

are conducted in the whole process to guarantee standard

Procedures/testing Details
Our ISO 9001 quality systems
formulate detailed QC procedures at each stage. Only
materials from vendors with ISO approval and passing
IQC procedures can be put into production. On-line
inspections are designed to ensure the quality of
semi-finished goods and to minimize the failure ratio
in finished goods. All the finished products must
be inspected after aging, including the appearance,
the sealing performance and soderability. The main
electronic performance is 100% inspected. The insulating
performance inspection is 100% conducted if necessary. |
